New Zealand is close to Antarctica and surrounded by water, so while a slightly warmer climate seems a nice idea on cold winter days, the harmful effects of global warming are very important to all of us.

Touring in a pristine, sparsely populated area, the rest of the world seems miles away, but we take seriously our impact on the global environment. Our aims are firstly to reduce the environmental impact of our day to day activities, and secondly, to mitigate any effects with action in our local area.
